In response to a new task being proposed involving recycling furniture , I conducted a general hazard assessment and an ergonomics risk assessment. I provided a comprehensive report that included results of the assessments and suggestions for solutions to minimize the risk of musculoskeletal injury.

I customized a guide and coaching program for a municipality in the Okanagan region. I provided remote coaching sessions and guided the joint health and safety committee members through a step-by-step process of conducting a violence risk assessment. This employer subsequently used the process to conduct risk assessments for their other workplaces.
From the client's Senior OHS Advisor:

She took what can be a complex and extensive process and broke it down into manageable steps, making the assessment both achievable and successful. Thanks to her support, we were able to develop a strong Violence Risk Assessment that met our objectives. I highly recommend Chloe's services.

After conducting an ergonomics risk assessment for a media library in a post-secondary institution, I delivered customized training to the staff explaining the results of the assessment and solutions to minimize the risk of musculoskeletal injury.
